About — Chris Loggins · Peoria, Ill.
The person you brief is the person who ships.

The long version
I started in 2015 at a small design shop, doing the work nobody else wanted — the migrations, the broken templates, the “can you just make it work” requests.
Eleven years later it’s the same job, just bigger. I design the thing and I build the thing, so nothing gets lost in the handoff — because there isn’t one. Webflow Partner since 2021. Lead developer on contract for Equity Space Alliance and Crafted Studios. The person B2B teams call when the product is genuinely hard to explain.
The kids go down around nine and the lamp comes on at ten. Between client projects I’m building Pairs, a math-and-reading app for my kids and yours, and putting what I learn on YouTube so the next freelancer figures it out faster than I did.

How I work
01
You talk to the maker
Nobody translates your idea into a ticket for someone else to interpret. The person on the kickoff call is the person writing the code.
02
Design and build are one motion
The prototype becomes the product. Decisions get made against real content and real constraints instead of a picture of them.
03
Scope is settled up front
A plan, a number, and a date before the first commit. If the work changes we talk about it before it changes the invoice.

“The work is always done on time and he always communicates exactly what he’s doing before he does it. In our industry, freelancers are a dime a dozen, it’s tough to find someone who comes through for you and Chris does that.”
